Nana Yaw Boakye (C.E.O)
A qualified professional with over seventeen (17) years working experience in Engineering, Banking & Finance and Oil and Gas Management in the downstream petroleum sector. Until his full assumption as the CEO of NYB Holdings, he was the Head of Trading at Ebony Oil and Gas Ltd (BDC) where he worked for over four years on the trading desk to bring so many innovative trade modules to the company. He has also worked at CAL Bank as a relationship manager with the Corporate & Institutional Banking Department (CIBD) and with Electricity Company of Ghana (Accra West Region) where he worked with the Network mapping department as an assistant DEGIS coordinator.
Nana Yaw holds an MBA in Oil & Gas management (Coventry University – UK), Bsc Finance (GIMPA). He also holds certificates in Managing Oil Product Sourcing Risk, BP Oil Third Party Traders Course, Managing Oil Trading Risk, the Risk and Sale of International banking products, Anti-money laundering & financial analysis, Risk management & Debt and Recovery, etc.

Ann is an experienced individual with over six (6) years working experience in different management positions. She is the main brain behind most of the company policies, planning and other strategic exercise.
Ann is currently the CEO of M&S Eden Ltd, a company which is into Events planning & organization, rentals and other recreational activities. Ann holds BA in Business Administration from the Wisconsin International University, Accra.

David is an experienced financial consultant with several years working experience in both banking and non- banking financial sectors in Ghana. He has served as the managing director of Royal Commodities where he was responsible for the overall direction of the company. He was also the operations manager and later general manager at Royalty Capital Microfinance where he was responsible for the management of staff, supervision and recruitment as well as product development and design.
David has also worked with CCML and Barclays Bank Ghana as a branch manager and lead generator respectively. David holds an MBA in Accounting & Finance from the university of Professional Studies, Accra and Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Ghana and currently a part III holder of ICA

Winston has supervisory oversight of all operational activities of HTC Energy. His responsibilities include operational planning, safety management of fuel tankers and outstations, monitoring, evaluation and governance of operational control. Prior to his appointment, he worked in a similar role at Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority.
Winston holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from University of Cape Coast and an MBA in Operations Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Henry is the Head of Risk and Internal Control at HTC Energy. He is responsible for overseeing and managing internal controls and its compliance process. His role includes risk management and acting as key relationship contact with key management staff. Mr. Essel has several years of audit (financial statements, projects and special), accounting and business advisory experience. Prior to his appointment at NYB Holdings, he worked at Ghana Cocoa Board and Ghana Audit Service respectively.
Henry holds a BSc in Accounting (UPSA), an MBA in Petroleum Accounting & Finance (UPSA), Certificates from the Ghana Stock Exchange and currently a Part III holder of ICA (Ghana).

Fredrica is the Head of Human Resource and Centre Manager at M & S Eden Limited. Prior to her appointment as the Centre Manager for M&S Eden, she was an Assistant Administrative Officer at the Centre for Pregnancy and Childbirth Education (CePaCE) where she assisted to facilitate a number of projects geared towards maternal and newborn health.
She has various levels of experience from working with Ghana Standards Authority, Child Research and Resource Centre, Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, Tourism Development Fund Secretariat and a volunteer at KidCity Ghana to organize fun and reading activities for children.
Fredrica holds Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Social work with Sociology and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana Business School. She aspires to be part of the success of an environment of growth and excellence with hardwork, perseverance and dedication.

Nii is a partner and also heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department of the firm Ankoma-Sey, Apatu-Plange & Partners. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Apatu-Plange worked at Amissah, Amissah & Co. and due to his exceptional skills at litigation and dispute resolution rose through the ranks to become the head of litigation. He is primarily involved in civil litigation having participated in various court cases of significant importance in various High Courts and Appellate Courts. He enjoys active legal practice with precise interest in Commercial Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Debt Recovery as well as Property Law with particular emphasis on conveyancing, leases and mortgages.
Nii holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration/Marketing and an LLB from the University of Ghana. He also acquired a qualifying certificate to practice law from the Ghana School of Law and is enrolled on the roll of lawyers as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
